Food Services

Blackstone Consulting, Inc. (BCI) has the capability to provide customers any type food service requested, and for any number of diners. Currently, we provide a varied range of services at sixteen military sites throughout the country. At one site, BCI operates a “Fast Food” service. At another, we provide sit-down service for more than 1,500 individuals per meal. Our current clients include the Department of the Army, the Department of the Air Force, General Services Administration, and the U.S. Coast Guard.

Our objective is to provide food services for a customer while providing excellent service, no matter the type or quantity of the service desired. Our approach to all prospective customer opportunities is the same regardless of the nature of the services requested. It is important that we have a clear understanding of the customer’s requirements so BCI can determine if we can meet the requirements. To the extent possible, we prefer to meet with the prospective customer to discuss the requirements, although we realize that is not always possible. Where a meeting is not possible, we make sure we have a precise understanding of the requirement set out in the written request from the prospective customer. If we decide BCI can meet or exceed the requirements, we will identify a Project Manager, and submit a detailed response.

Janitorial Services

Blackstone Consulting, Inc. (BCI) is capable of providing either the full range of janitorial services to a customer, or providing tailored services to meet the customer’s specific needs. In all of our janitorial work, we, at a minimum, adhere to the standards established by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) for all building surfaces or for executive areas. For customers who do not use BOMA standards, BCI managers will ensure we understand the standards you want applied, and factor them into our response to your request for service. Importantly, we do not limit our janitorial services to building interiors. We stand prepared to clean any structures the customer has, to include benches, transit stops, outdoor arenas and stadiums.

BCI’s objective in Janitorial Services is not merely to get selected for a project; our objective is to exceed each customer’s expectations with the quality of services we provide. We accomplish this by assigning highly capable Project Managers and staff, and continually inspecting the work performed to ensure all applicable standards are being met.

BCI is not a company that believes minimal contact with the customer’s representative is a good thing. To the contrary, we believe regular communications between our Project Manager and the Customer Representative is essential to not only discuss problems that arise, but to discuss issues before they become problems that affect the level or quality of service we provide.

Elsewhere on this website are the names and contact numbers of the representatives of our major Janitorial Services customers. We invite you to contact these individuals and ask about our work. Then, we invite you to contact us to see how we might serve your organization.
